At this time, JUST CLOTHE ME ships merchandise worldwide. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered by the shipping carrier.
Priority mail takes 1-3 business days for delivery
2nd day Express 1-2 Business days for delivery
Priority Mail International 6-10 Business days for delivery
Express Mail International 1-5 days for delivery
International duties are covered by customer. Those fees are calculated by your country once item(s) is delivered.
FAQ:1. Can I cancel/make changes to the order I just placed?
It is only possible to make a change to your order within 1 hour of placing it and if the order has not been processed. We process orders very quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot always be fulfilled. You must immediately contact us (within the hour) with your change/cancellation request details included.
2. Can I refund merchandise?
We do not refund; however we will gladly exchange unworn merchandise. Exchanges will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive merchandise. All original shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. How can I track my order?
As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Please note the total time = processing time + shipping time (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods and any unforeseen circumstances.)
